Please read the following terms of service as they govern your use of our site. By using this site, you agree to follow and be bound by the following rule below. Additionally, Ekadi, reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without any prior notification. Site users must agree to abide by these changes accordingly. We are happy for people to share our images, but please make sure that you credit the link to www.shopekadi.com. Unauthorized usage of the content, software included on this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense. TAXES AND DUTIES
The product prices displayed are at the maximum retail price. In case, of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. The recipient will also be liable to pay any transaction fees that may be charged by your bank for making a payment in a different currency to your holding account.

COLORS
As we have made every effort to display the colors as accurately as possible we cannot guarantee that the color appearing on your monitor or screen’s display will be completely accurate, as the monitors and screens of electronic devices vary from one to another. Further, colors might vary in pictures when compared to the actual product.
SIZING
The fit of all our products varies on the cut, fabric, and style of each product. Most products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
We reserve a right to accept or reject orders placed through our Site. We try our utmost effort to provide you with the best quality products. In case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be canceled or exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are custom made for you.

DELIVERY
All orders are on a made to order basis and will be delivered in 15-30 days depending on the outfit ordered. For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us on studio.ekadi@gmail.com or info@shopekadi.com.
Please note : that deliveries can be affected in case of unforeseen circumstances and national emergencies, upon which we will be informing the recipients. There might be a delay in the delivery timelines if we do not receive the following information on time:

- Complete payment detail is not received
- Incorrect/inaccurate address details of the recipient
- No response from the customer upon communications
Please note : that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. In order to fasten our process, we have tied up with several third party vendors hence any delays corresponding with their procedures is not in our control.
